Community Intersections is a Colorado not for profit agency that provides services to people with developmental disabilities. They listen to what people want and develop services around individual needs rather than attempting to make the person fit in a program model. They are a program approved agency through the The Resource Exchange servicing individuals on the HCBS-DD and SLS waivers as well as work closely with School District transition program coordinators to assist students transitioning to adult services. They have the following programs: Residential Services, Community Participation, Spec Hab services, Work Site Enclave, Work Skills Program @ E-tech Learning Center, Transportation, and Employment Services.
