School to Work Alliance Program (SWAP) is a cummunity-based program, partnered with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) designed to help individuals (ages 15-24) with mild to moderate disabilities find and maintain employment. Individuals must have transitioned to or are ready to transition from school to work.
WSD3 provides a variety of professional resources for children and their families through the Office of Special Education. Our mission is to ensure the best possible free, appropriate public education for children with disabilities.
